Production Introduction
Anti-Static Aramid FabricAramid flame-retardant fabric is made from aramid yarn through customized spinning, weaving, and dyeing processes. Due to the inherent properties of aramid fibers, including non-flammability, excellent electrical insulation, outstanding chemical stability, superior mechanical performance, and lasting thermal stability, fabrics woven and dyed from these fibers combine the advantages of common flame-retardant fabrics. They exhibit exceptional fire resistance, arc protection, chemical corrosion resistance, thermal protection, and wear and tear resistance. Protective clothing made from aramid fabric does not burn, melt, shrink, or emit smoke when exposed to fire. Particularly, when suddenly exposed to high temperatures of 900-1500°C, the fabric surface rapidly carbonizes and thickens, forming a unique thermal insulation barrier to protect the wearer from danger. Additionally, para-aramid fibers (commonly known as 1414) and anti-static fibers can be woven into the fabric to further enhance its protective properties.
