The Inspection Stages
Our 3-Stage Inspection Protocol
1. Incoming Inspection (IQC): Garbage In, Garbage Out
We don't trust blindly. Before any aramid fiber or yarn is cleared for our looms, it must pass baseline laboratory screening. We rigidly test for tensile strength, elongation at break, and twist multipliers. If a raw material batch fails by even a fraction, it is rejected entirely.
2. In-Process Inspection (IPQC): Catching It on the Floor
You can't fix a weaving error after the roll is cut. Our operators and QA inspectors monitor tension control on the warping and weaving lines 24/7. Automated sensors immediately halt the shuttleless looms if a yarn breaks or tension drops, preventing structural defects in the fabric.
3. Final Inspection (FQC): Real Tests on Real Rolls
No "golden samples." We cut test swatches directly from the actual production run. Every completed roll is verified for exact GSM, width tolerance, and visual surface integrity. Approved batches are barcoded and logged into our traceability system before export packing.

Request A4 fabric swatches, yarn spools, or fiber samples tailored to your spec sheet. Give them to your engineering team. Burn them, stretch them, measure them. We are highly confident our materials will meet your lab's strictest benchmarks.

Q1: Can I get the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) before placing an order?
A: Yes. The TDS is the baseline of our contract. We will provide full TDS and MSDS documents upfront so your engineers know exactly what parameters we are committing to.
Q2: How do you handle traceability if something goes wrong?
A: Every roll we ship is tagged with a unique barcode. We also archive a physical cut-sample of your specific batch in our lab for 12 months. If there is ever a question, we can pull the archive and trace it back to the exact loom, operator, and date.
Q3: What actually happens if my shipment has a verified quality defect?
A: We don't dodge emails and we don't play the blame game. If our production caused a dimensional or physical defect that falls outside the agreed tolerances, we take full responsibility. We will replace the non-compliant material as quickly as possible. Your production line is our priority.
