Requirement Sync: You send us your TDS, blueprints, or physical samples. Our engineers review the feasibility and provide a technical response.

Lab Sampling: We adjust our machines and produce a prototype batch in our facility.

Client Green Light: We ship the physical sample to your lab. We do absolutely nothing else until you test it and formally approve it.
STEP FOUR
Mass Production: Once the sample is approved, we lock those exact machine parameters into our system for your mass production run.
STEP FIVE
In-House FQC: The bulk order undergoes our strict 3-stage quality inspection to ensure it perfectly matches the approved sample.

Q1: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom specs?
A: We'll be honest: resetting a massive weaving loom or a spinning line for a custom spec costs time and money. However, because we are the direct manufacturer, our MOQs are much more reasonable than trading companies. We also fully support smaller pilot runs for R&D purposes. Let's talk about your project volume.
Q2: Will the mass production exactly match the prototype sample?
A: Yes. That is the entire point of our vertically integrated system. The machine settings (tension, speed, twist) used for your approved sample are saved and rigidly applied to the bulk production. Roll #1 will perform the same as Roll #500.
Q3: How long does it take to develop a custom sample?
For samples, the fastest delivery time is three days.
