Aramid Fiber Fabric has excellent properties, including high strength, high modulus, resistance to high temperatures and acids/alkalis, lightweight, insulation, aging resistance, stable chemical structure, combustion safety, and long service life. However, it has poor light and UV resistance, low resistance to strong acids and alkalis, low compressive strength and modulus, weak fiber-resin interfacial bonding strength, poor moisture absorption, and susceptibility to hydrolysis.
Aramid is a naturally flame-retardant fabric and, due to its unique physical and chemical properties, shows great potential for application in various fields.
